Run too small on the upper body

This dress is beautiful but run very small on the upper body part, is good for someone that has tiny upper body. I had to return it because I can’t amend it in any way.

Beautiful dress, but I think they forgot to adjust the size on top. I couldn't even get the buttons on. Never had issues with size before Return it goes.

This dress is amazing but runs small in waist and bust. So sad.
