Nice shirt terrible shopping area

I took my granddaughter school shopping as a treat. Unfortunately your girls department looked like a bomb went off in it. Clothing thrown everywhere, no order...she asked to go someplace else but then saw this shirt. I young man was walking around looking at his phone, I asked about a dressing room n he ignored us... also the shoes were dumped all over the place. I have always liked Macy’s but was left with a very sour taste... probably won’t rush back there...
