item never received, though it showed picked up

I was charged for it and when I went to pick it up, I was told the item was already picked up . Status shows the item was picked up by me. I told the manager on duty about the issue, left my contact information, however, I still have not heard back from anyone. This was the Macy’s on Hulen.

Size of shirts

Loved what both of the tshirts looked like however the black one with the cat was way to big They were both the same size but the black one was much bigger I know my granddaughter will love but I may have to return it because it is to big
