EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased this jacket as a Christmas gift to my son. The packaged arrived several days prior and when I opened it, I was sent the wrong item (a plaid pajama set and nothing to do with Sonic!?). Very disappointed at the inconvenience and then when I checked the site to see if I could exchange it for t the RIGHT item, they no longer had his size available. To make matters worse, when I went to return the item, the associate had issues because the receipt provided in the package was for the ACTUAL item I purchased and not the item I received. They were finally able to resolve it but I will likely try to avoid purchasing any items from Macy's again.
