Never received my product, what's in the warehouse

Didnt receive the product. I received a duplicate of another color of the same dress. When I called customer service, they said they still red dress of this product and could still send to me. Never received a tracking number and I sent back the duplicate. I called again, and they said they made another mistake and they dont have the product in the warehouse. SMH...
