ADORABLE!

This little skirt is simply the cutest ever! Very well made! The band has some sparkle to it so a tuck in top would be best so that would be visible. Can't imagine a better choice for a Holiday skirt but of course it can be worn anytime. At 50% off it's a no brainer.
