Size of Item Not Normal

I purchased a size 7 /8 for my 7 year old great granddaughter. When the item arrived it was for a size 4/5 toddler. It looked liked the manufacturer used the incorrect sizing to make the coat. My great granddaughter could not wear it. The size reflected here is not the actual size of the merchandise.
