Came flawed

This dress was meant to be a Christmas gift. After waiting for it to be shipped to the store, I finally got to pick it up. When I took it out of the package there was a black mark across the chest- it was like a pen or marker. I couldn't give it as a gift and had to run all the way back to the store to return it. Incredibly disappointed.
