Nice but even on sale pricy for the quality

I bought this in-store. There were 4 associates at the register and 2 customers. One lady, the one who eventually checked me out acknoledge me and let me know someone would be right with me. The other three rolled their eyes and could not multitask. They were bothered by my presence as a customer and I felt it. I had a price matching question - I could not ask without being told no. A policy is a policy but delivery matters - I genuinely wanted to know the policy not ask for an exception. I was buying a few items because I had ordered them online and because Macy's ships with USPS they were all delayed beyond their expected delivery date. I did not want to be in store but I left feeling like I had survived a fight. Macys please extend your estimated delivery dates so customers are pleasently surprised to get things early vs disappointed or stop using USPS
