Disappointed Customer.

I ordered a by yankee hoodie by by Ralph Lauren polo. And received a sweatshirt with the same price that was totally different. I’m not going to order online ever again. In a platinum customer. What kind of service is this.

CONFUSED

Picked the piece.They said,Sorry covering the showcase for the night we will hold come back tomorrow,next day they accidentally sold it,no problem we will order you a new one i did not have a balance on my macy card but had to up the credit on it.No problem stayed on the phone at Macy counter for an hour while christmas shopping window slipped away.Went back to pick up 3 days later.saw the piecemy transaction was cancelled they said
