Raincoats bring smiles!

This was one of the cutest raincoats we have ever seen at Macy's. We bought it as a gift for a little girl in Ukraine and we know she will enjoy wearing it even if it is not rainy outside!

This raincoat is really nice and cute but runs small. My toddler is really small but hers fit snug.
