Quality isn't then best

We wanted a Rain Jacket for our 2 year old and we came across this and thought it was the best for what we wanted it for. But it wasn't worth it. This jacket runs extremely small. Normally she is a size 3T and it ran extremely small, then we tried a 4t and it was still small and we finally tried the 5t and it fit perfect. I wouldn't recommend it. The quality of material is thin and it's for the price its not worth it.
