Delivery not dependable

Ordered 2 items 2/26 for birthday gift, tomorrow 3/6. No information changed since 2/27. Processing 2/26, On it’s my 2/27, no updates, no tracking info since. If taking chance to get birthday gift on time, apparently need order 2 weeks in advance or order from another company.
