White skirt

Both skirt and shirt were bought from Macy’s, but this review is for the skirt. I can’t say enough how much I love this skirt. It works with so many outfits. It a 3t, my daughter was 2&1/2 at the time of the picture. The skirt has underwear attachment so it kept her tights from sliding down. The review label is showing a green skirt, but we bought the white one.
