Never got the right item after three orders

I tried ordering the black hat with yellow stitching three times and I repeatedly was sent a black denim hat with no yellow stitching. I gave up and kept the cap. The hat is a good quality but Macys was unable to send what I order on multiple attempts. I only ordered from Macys because they were the only company that offered the black cap with yellow stitching which I wanted to match specific items in my wardrobe. I will not be ordering from Macys again.

Hat

The hat appeared and started that it was black. That was not the case. The hat was denim.

Its huge....

I bought one of these in ivory, which now says women’s (it didn’t before), so this is clearly men’s. This is way bigger. Sad bc I absolutely love the dark denim color, but it just won’t work.
