Not happy

I never received the merchandise, which I ordered on 02/14/2025, then I received an email stating the merchandise was returned 02/28/2025. Had to contact customer service numerous times to get my Macy's credit card credited for the return item. Macy's customer serce employees are kind, but there are some language difficulties. This whole process has been horrible.

Love my clothes and customer service

Customer service is great. I bought the necklace for my husband and the cheer department and best sales lady to work with. Excellent. The sales person in the boys department at checkout was excellent. Also, I just love this place
