Such A Headache!!!

I have now ordered this necklace consecutively from Macy’s 5 times!!! It is for a Birthday present and thank goodness I started early! After moving, I changed my address online, called in and told customer service my new address and also told the ordering department! But they continued to drop the ball and ship to wrong address or partial wrong address and it was returned. I have truly felt like maybe I wasn’t supposed to buy this cross necklace for some strange reason. I don’t know how this company stays in business especially with help overseas.
