My favorite color for fingers! This works beautifully for me with and without a tan.

pretty good polish, can't complain
this polish honestly has a super good formula! i've been wearing this set for a couple of days and so far it looks just as good as the first day i put it on ! my only qualm with this product was that the colour looks a lot different than when i saw it on the internet. i honestly do not see the red at all and it mostly just looks black. (i compared it with the shade licorice and didn't see much of a difference) but i don't really mind that!

LOVED AND MISS IT!
Bring it back please! LOVED this color. It was my go to nude! The similar shades just don’t nail it quite like Sand Tropez did.

Disappointed in the color change.
Very disappointed in the color change. The old color was far superior. Essie could have just made a new color and sold that alongside the original Sugar Daddy. Switching to a different brand because this continues to happen.

Hi there Polished365, we’re sorry to hear this sheer sweet pink is no longer your favorite! The production of our iconic shades has advanced over the years – higher quality standards, pure color pigments, and new innovative ingredients allow for a better, more consistent product, but also can result in some color variation from the past. Despite the disappointment, we appreciate hearing your feedback and will share your comments with Essie and her creative team!

Great color and quality polish
This is such a pretty sky blue! It’s one of my favorite polishes, and it builds up color quickly and evenly. The small specks of sparkle add just the perfect touch! It reminds me of the sky blue polish worn by Alicia Silverstone in the 90’s. It’s very pretty!

Hi there Claire82, we wish you could still see the results you were hoping for with this sheer pink. The production of our iconic shades has advanced over the years – higher quality standards, pure color pigments, and new innovative ingredients allow for a better, more consistent product, but also can result in some color variation from the past. It looks like you have become accustomed to this color in a more faded form. However, we highly value consumer input on the colors they prefer and will share your comments with Essie and her creative team!
Not the same color as before
I’ve used Sugar Daddy for years as a clear neutral for natural looking nails. Essie intensified the pink tint and now it no longer looks natural. My opinion is that it actually makes my nails look like they’re infected. Yuck! I wish I had checked for updates before buying.

Hi here Miashopper, we’re sorry to hear that the color ‘sugar daddy’ is no longer your go-to neurtral! The production of our iconic shades has also advanced over the years – higher quality standards, pure color pigments, and new innovative ingredients allow for a better, more consistent product, but also can result in some color variation from the past. For a more nude sheer, take a look at the colors ‘ballet slippers’ and fairy tailor Meanwhile, your comments will be shared with Essie and her creative team!
