Very Disappointed

I purchased this perfume for a friend November 4 and still haven't received it. when I reached out to Macys they said that I'll have to wait until the 23th if I still haven't received it then they'll look into it. My purchases have been great through Macys but this time I'm very disappointed since this was supposed to be a gift for a friend and all of a sudden I'll have to wait over 15 days to receive this item to which I no longer need.
