If only you could sharpen

Clump chaos

This eyeliner is truly disappointing. It clumps together and smears easily, creating a messy appearance. The application is challenging, and it dries quickly, which makes it difficult to achieve a smooth line. After just a few hours of wear, I found myself looking like a raccoon, as the eyeliner smudged significantly, leaving dark circles around my eyes. Overall, it fails to deliver on the quality I expected.

Eye pencil lead tendancy to fall out

I love this product and this is the second time I've purchased but I'm disappointed because the lead has a tendency to fall out for some reason and unfortunately I am outside of the return time allotted. Macy's should stand behind their product and replace this for me. The colors are great and I love that they have two colors on one and the way it looks and how it goes on - but the lead should not fall out after sharpened.

Allergic reaction

I have tried to love this product. It goes on smoothly and looks great however my eyes get irritated every time. I thought it was something else but no, it is the eyeliner.
