Unhappy here!l not received! keeps saying delayed!

Ordered this awhile ago, and om promised new dares and it still hasn't arrived. I also applied to get the so called discount with your card, BECAUSE I LOVED MACY'S, and because I have a homephone, I have to go cross country to find a MACY'S in person an hour away or more? Dont think so.. this is ridiculous! I just stopped waiting for my macys card promised in mail, and ordered my cart THAT WASNT SOLD OUT. I NEED MY PRODUCT ORDERED OR NOTICE THAT O HAD NEEDED TO ORDER ELSEWHERE FOR CHRISTMAS! IM NOT HAPPY. 😠
