Greatest Este Lauder product. Wouldn't be without it

I used 2 times a day until the bottle was empty. Not much change at all on the back of my hands. Hopeing to fade the sun.spots
WORST EXPERIENCE
The worst. I love Estée Lauder, but I don't love the way Macy's handled the order. I received HALF A BOTTLE and the stopper/spigot was cracked. I called and spoke to a Mr. Roddy - a supervisor in the U.S. - who told me I didn't have to return it and Macy's would send me a gift certificate for the item price. I've made SEVERAL calls and Macy's has informed me that indeed there is a note from Mr. Roddy indicating that Macy's will send a gift certificate. I'M STILL WAITING. I've been a lifelong customer and my mom and grandmom before me. Increasingly disillusioned by Macy's. No wonder so many stores are closing and they're fighting off hostile take-overs. FAIL.
Disappointing Serum
Very disappointed in this serum. The applicator is just a little stick, which immediately came off. I saw no difference in firmness in my skin, which is what I was looking for in this product. I did not return but would not buy it again. I would hope the applicator would be improved.
Product stinks!
The product I got stinks. You can tell it's old or expired. I should have returned this product but got sidetracked with the Holidays and missed my window. The other EL products I got are good, but this specific one is a complete waste of money. I hope Macy's would first check the expiration date before selling/shipping any products out.

Perfect in the morning on a clean face before I moisturize make up, goes on smoothly, and it keeps the skin texture, beautiful, and the wrinkles at bay!
