Pass on this

This is my first time using Estée Lauder and I was not impressed. The first thing I noticed upon opening the jar was the awful fragrance. There is absolutely no need to add chemicals just for the smell. It doesn’t absorb into my skin easily and left a flaky residue. Also, my package arrived damaged and I was advised by the Macy’s help line that the damaged item was no longer available and would be sent when restocked. That was over a month ago and I have not heard back regarding status. Honestly, I would never again order any Estée Lauder products nor do I want the replacement. In fact, the remaining products were thrown in the trash. What a waste of money! One star is too generous.
