Macys sells opened items

I ordered several items and ALL of them were opened. So, very disapointed. I had the same issue happen a couple of years ago and I wrote it off as a coincidence. But no, this business is engaged in unethical business practices as ALL (four to be specific) action items have been already opened and TESTED, making them impossible to use as difts for upcoming Christmas and Thanksgiving. Keep that in mind and steer clear!!!
