Dry under eye skin
My under eyes are extremely dry and irritated. Scales and wrinkles that are more prominent than I had before. Burned my skin!

Improve the dark circles
The purpose of this eye cream is to brighten dark circles, but after using It seems it can hydrate the skin around the eyes. It also has a little improvement in the wrinkles. Cool.

Proof is in the results
I must admit I would not have just jumped in and bought such an expensive mask. However, I received as a gift with purchase and now I'm hooked! The foil looks crazy but, it does hold in place beautifully. I can walk around if needed. I put any remaining in the packet on my hands and wrap them in a heating pad. This gives amazing results! I'm 66 years old and I swear this plumps my skin and makes my skin look great.

Eye cream should not give me chemical burns
CHEMICAL BURNS on my eyelids. They are bright red and burning. It's been 48 hours and they are still just as bright and painful. Don't buy this. Even if someone has sensitive eyes - we all do! Don't make an eye cream that literally burns your eye skin.

Ok
It did take makeup off but I felt like it left a film. I almost felt like I needed to wash my face with something else after using. I was not a fan of having to scoop out of tub with my fingers.

Caused Chemical burns on eyelids
This product has caused chemical burns on my eyelids and under eye. I have used this product for years and the recent purchase this by product has caused severe burns.

Caused allergic reaction
I received this product as part of the Holiday set I purchased in 2025. This product has caused a severe allergic reaction. The outer corner of my eyes are red and raw, and my eyelids are dry and burning. I called customer service to discuss what can be done to fix this situation. I was told that my order was over 70 days old, so I'm ineligible for a refund. I will never order directly from Estee Lauder again.
