The best for removing stubborn waterproof mascara

I've tried so many makeup removers that still end up leaving racoon eyes! I use this like a pre cleanse before using advanced night cleanser as my skin tends to be oily. Though I'm sure you can use this as your cleanser alone. I just prefer using both.This cleansing balm is the only product that I've found to remove waterproof mascara and it does it easily without irritating my eyes at all. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Terrible reaction

I got this as part of a holiday kit I purchased and after a couple of users it caused under my eyes to burn and get red and caused wrinkles to form. There is something not right with this product.... several of us are having the same allergic reaction to this product....I expected so much better from EL.

Burned

I received this eye cream in my Holiday Blockbuster set in December. I've noticed if I use it for a few consecutive days, I develop a red dry scaly patches at the corner and underneath the eye. I did this pattern twice and found the eye cream was the culprit. I decided to see if there were any reviews stating the same thing or if it was my own human error. I don't know if this cream is just a bad batch or if it's just not the one for me. I will definitely have to have a sample of something different before I try another eye cream ever. This however, is the only problem I've ever encountered with any Estée Lauder products.

Caused allergic reaction

I received this product as part of the Holiday set I purchased in 2025. This product has caused a severe allergic reaction. The outer corner of my eyes are red and raw, and my eyelids are dry and burning. I called customer service to discuss what can be done to fix this situation. I was told that my order was over 70 days old, so I'm ineligible for a refund. I will never order directly from Estee Lauder again.
