Disrespect with the consumer

I had the worst experience with Macys. I purchased a parfum for my mother and it was cancelled. After I've given all my identification (name, address, phone), they simply said that my purchase was cancelled and that is it. What I did? I ordered directly at Estee Lauder site and everything was Ok. Macys for me never more!!!
