Much darker than described. Not convenient to sharpen. Also, I was gifted a concealer of which the sponge tip fell off. Customer service refused to replace the wand or replace the item. Very disappointed. I've been a customer for over 50 years. Loyalty was not returned in kind.

Do not buy
Worst brow pencil I have ever purchased. The gel breaks off before you can get it sharpened All I can get is enough to make a smudge.

No issues
I see a lot of other customers saying they have issues sharpening this pencil. I don't recall having major issues sharpening it, but that's not to say I didn't have any, so I gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, I thought it worked great, and I just bought some more. I had to switch to the other eyebrow pencil in between, as this was out of stock last time, and I like that pencil, also.

BRING IT BACK!!!
I have used this for many years and love it! Tried other brow pencils but kept coming back to this. You've got so many terrible reviews on your new eyebrow pencil. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!!

Impossible to sharpen, wasteful
Although this brow pencil has a beautiful feel and color, it is impossible to sharpen. It's first use is it's best use; afterward, it jams the sharpener, pieces of the pencil break off in sharp pieces, and you waste a considerable amount of the pencil just trying to get a fresh edge. Never again.

Great Product
I started using this brow pencil after the one I used for 30 plus years was discontinued by another manufacturer. This is great and works very well with their sharpener. I use it heavily every day as my brows are viirtually invisible. One pencil a little over 5 months.

Old one was better
Why did they change the top to a tone fragile one that breaks when you use it?? The old one was perfect! If you never to do something add a fine line styl we r to your line. I will not buy food once again.

These eyebrow pencils are the best! They glide on smoothly and create beautiful, natural, looking eyebrows. So glad they're still offering these.
