Darker if product made in Italy vs USA

I have been using 3N2 wheat for a few years. I noticed the color is darker then the dual finish I'm currently using. I noticed the made in Italy is darker then made in USA. Dissapointed. I need to return and do a new color match.

Wrong shade in the right packing.

My go to make up is Estée Lauder 3c2 Pebble double wear. When I purchased the makeup I was excited as always to put it on….the following day before work I was getting ready and when I put the makeup on it was a complete total different shade. Very disappointing….i had to return and Macys didn’t have another one in stock. Again very disappointing. I ended up returning it and ordering from Estée Lauder’s website.
