All elderly women ( I'm 71) should use this moisturizing foundation. You only need a little and it covers just enough without looking like you wearing full foundation. I love it so far.

My assessment

I was looking for a Dewey finish . For years I used another brand. I must admit I purchased online and used the color match to compare from my prior product. Too light and I don’t like the finish at all. Guess I’ll go back to Chanel.

Zero stars, customer service is worthless

The color/tone of this product seems to be a little off; I should've gone to my local department store to try them first. I usually get Double Wear but feel like it's too heavy and have aged out of it. The website try-on camera recommended one so I bought it, along with the holiday gift set that I buy every year. The color was terrible, it was so pale it looked like clown face. Long story short, after calling customer service (over a 20 minute wait time to get through--the 25-minute chat over the weekend was worthless), there are no exchanges, only returns which means I need to unwrap the holiday gift set that's now under the Christmas tree and return it along with my wrong color product. I have zero problem paying for a return label, or purchasing the replacement with customer service before I send the wrong one back and get credited. I just don't understand why I need to pay to send the whole order back to exchange a product that's the size of my hand and weighs 6 oz. Oh and they don't honor sale prices when you're forced to reorder (I bought mine for around $38 on a Black Friday sale). It's nuts. I've been buying EL for over 30 years but they lost a customer today for an issue less than $40. If you know your product and your color then you're fine. If not, I don't advise buying online and for sure not when you're getting something promotional or on sale.
