Beautiful color but it broke

I ordered this and the first time I used it it broke and fell out of the case. I called customer service and was sent another one. I have bought Estee Lauder lipsticks for years and this is the first one that broke. I see someone else had the same problem. Maybe these were made in a different factory. I do love the case

Do not recommend this product

Ordered this product and the lipstick Broke in half upon first use. I have used Estée Lauder for many years and have never had this happen before! I called Customer Service and was sent a replacement lipstick which was great…. Except, the same thing happened again…so I am out the money I paid for a product that just ended up being a huge mess and very inconvenient! I had really wanted the color of the lipstick but this product must not be the same as the rest of Estée Lauder lipsticks!

This lipstick is a work of art. But the rouge bar doesn't last long and cracked before after I used two times. Bummer.

This lipstick is a little work of art.

I bought this lipstick because it was pretty, but I was delighted when I found that the lipstick inside is really rich and hydrating on my lips. It is a pretty summery color and lasts a long time. I am delighted and recommend it to you all. You will love it!

I love this matte lipstick the shade is beautiful it looks amazing when you wear it, I got many compliments when I wore this lipstick to dinner. Estée Lauder never disappoints good job excellent lipstick.
