Not suitable for my skin

I recently tried this product, hoping to see improvements in my skin. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Firstly, I noticed no visible change in my skin's pores even after using the product consistently. I expected a noticeable difference given the product's claims and price point. Worse still, by the end of the second bottle, my skin developed an allergic reaction. This was quite disappointing and frustrating as I had high hopes for this treatment. As someone who was looking forward to achieving brighter and smoother skin, I am left feeling dissatisfied and regretting my purchase. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious, especially if you have sensitive skin. This product did not meet my expectations and, unfortunately, caused more harm than good.

Nice feel and texture, waiting for results

I have just started using it, and know one should not expect results earlier than 3-4 weeks of consistent use. However, i do like the texture of it, not tacky at all on my skin, and pairs well with EL vitamin C brightening serum, topped with sunscreen. I do get compliments on my skin though from other people. Plus, it has 4 vials, this way the product is fresh. Vitamin C is hard to keep stable, so i like the fact it comes in 4 small vials, this way i feel my money is not wasted. Plus, small vial is perfect to take when traveling.

Surprisingly Effective!

I've been using this product for the past 3.5 weeks, using only one Ampoule so far. I use one dropper full morning and another dropper full in the evening only on my face (less than the recommended use...). Then follow with my usual treatment serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I live in the very sunny lower desert of Arizona, so my skin gets plenty of sun! To my happy surprise, my "sun spots" are about 75% faded! My skin is generally sensitive, but I have experienced no negative reaction to the treatment. I don't write many recommendations, but this product worked even better than I had hoped and am happy to share my view.

Disappointed.

I am very disappointed that the free offer advertised for the purchase of this item was not honored and no substitution was provided. I expected more from Macy's and Estee Lauder. Does this mean that future advertising cannot be trusted? I will have to look for somewhere else to shop.

It really works

I have been using product for 2weeks and have seen so much of the melasma spots broken up. I was so pleased with this product that I purchased one for my sister who has the same problem. Thank you for this I do recommend it,I use it twice a day after cleansing and allows it to dry before my moisturizer

Great Product!

I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and have never been able to find a sunscreen that I can use daily on my face. As a result I have begun to have dark spots on my face from the sun. I have tried many, many products with Vitamin C that promised to reduce the look of these dark spots. I never had any luck with them AND they all irritated my sensitive skin. I tried this one after reading the reviews and am so glad I did. It is so light weight, absolutely no greasy feeling. I was also impressed by how it alleviated the redness that always crops up on my cheeks after cleansing. Finally, after using the first bottle (1-week) the smaller dark spots on my face have significantly faded. I have two large areas of darkness along my jawline that were the result of trying a photofacial--I haven't really noticed a change in these areas yet, but have great hope that by the time I use all four bottles I will see some improvement.
