The best ive ever used!

I love this face cleanser. Ive been using it for many years. My face feels so good and clean after using this. I then use moisturizer and its amazing how much better my make-up goes on and looks. Glad they continue to make this product.

still have not received

I ordered this a week ago specifically because I was assured that it would arrive in 2-3 days. It's now 7 days later and there's no sign of my package, nor has the Macy's tracking function updated AT ALL since Friday 2/6. Can I purchase this on the Estee Lauder website or at Sephora or at Ulta? Yes, I can. And that's what I'll do from now on. Super disappointing, Macy's.

Leaves skin dry

The cleanser is a thick cream like texture but doesn't always foam up nicely. It also leaves my skin feeling very dry (as someone with combination skin )
