It doesn't last very long after applying. Lips are shiny smooth but has to be reapplied too often

bottle delivered EMPTY

Bottle was delivered without a seal and was EMPTY!!! I read a bunch of reviews that stated theirs had leaked. But the package didn’t appear to be soiled or damp.
