No hooded eyes

I've been using this for years and I honestly believe this is why I don't have hooded eyes. Keeps my brow and eye lid area moisturized but doesn't interfere with makeup. I'll always have this in my arsenal!

I’ve been using the Resilience Multi-Effect Tri-Peptide Eye Cream Treatment 0.5 oz, and I’m really pleased with it so far. The texture is rich but absorbs well, and it leaves the under-eye area feeling hydrated and smooth.
