Pump in Bottle Broke

I really like this product as a morning moisturizer. It's not too light that it's like you didn't put anything on and it's not too heavy that your skin feels oily. It gives your skin a slight glow and looks really nice on tanned skin from a sunless tanner. The one issue I have with it is my bottle's pump had a click to it when I first tried using it. The click never got better and it felt like something was wrong/ broken with the bottle's pump. Now one week later, the top of the pump that you press down came off and I can see where the seal is broken as well as a plastic piece around the seal. This is a problem because it makes it very difficult to get the product out of the bottle now. Very frustrating considering I love Estée Lauder and expect higher quality for this brand. I ordered this product online through Macy's and it was shipped to my house.
