New Formula Not Working

I've been using this blush in Sensuous Rose for years. This new formula does not work. It's impossible to lift any product with a blush brush. I purchased two and don't have the box or receipt so cannot return. Why on earth did you change a perfect product to this?

Blush not received

I did not receive the blush I ordered instead I got a double wear stay in place makeup 2 shades darker than I would normally wear. How do I go about getting what I order

Can’t review a product I have not even received!

How can I review something I don’t have. Macys was out of stock on the item in my local store, so I agreed to have them order it and shipped to me. It was originally scheduled to be delivered on December 17. Prior to that date I received an email from Macys that said it would be delayed. I have checked the tracking with the USPS, and it appears to be lost somewhere in their system. The current tracking says delivery date unknown. Even though they scanned it at my local post office according to the post office website. Original purchase date in my local Macy’s store was December 8. I have been billed for this purchase, but I have no idea where it is.
