Not so great!

The necklace is pretty but the quality is not what I expected from Bloomies. I was disappointed with the quality, but the design is pretty. It also is difficult to keep the chains from kinking up.

I did not receive this!!! What delivery service supposedly delivered this? It was a Christmas gift so what do I do now?!? Who do I contact about this?
