Disappointed

I ordered this triple layer necklace in both silver and gold for my wife . The two necklaces were shipped separately.- and I received a gold one first and anticipated receiving the silver . I did not ! It was a second gold one ! My order clearly reflects one of each color ! I was told to return one for credit or replacement - then received an email the order was reviewed and they will neither credit nor replace the duplicate necklace !!!!!! Why when it is your error ? The necklaces received have two different SKU numbers but are clearly both gold ! Shame on Macys for their treatment of a long time customer !!!!

I love this set!

This set of 3 necklaces is personally one of my favorites. I enjoy each one and how it looks. The quality is perfect. I love that its 18k gold plated too.
