charging problem
I heaving trouble with the battery or the charger it will not charge fully unless I pull the power out and put it back in to get it to fully charge

Battery will not hold charge
I can vacuum one room (10 min) before the battery dies when using on high suction and carpet settings.

Not worth it...
Suction not as good as it claims. Only picks up going forward and lousy on edges. Runtime is only maybe 10 minutes on high. Had for a year and a half and now it no longer charges. Thought about getting a battery but they are 90 plus which may or may not be the problem. Will never buy again.

Horrible quality and customer service
The piece of the vacuum broke after 1 year. I called to have a replacement piece sent. But was told "no". Fine, I'll pay out of pocket for a new one. After another year, it won't charge. I just called to maybe find a solution, but again was told it was out of warranty, and I was out of luck. Stay away.

Avoid this vacuum
Very flimsy. Does not vacuum well at all. Sounds like it is going to breakdown when powered on. Rattles badly too while in use. Need our money back on this one.
Need a roller brush.....
I am trying to find a roller replacement for our Eureka Series AS2000-AS2039,, called the phone # on our info sheet, The gal that answered was not even able to help me.. told me to go to a Repair Shop???? we have had this since 2016 , used it for 5 years / 4 months that we are in Florida, now the roller is cracked , want a replacement for . can you be of any help here. it runs fine other wise...

Lightweight, easy to use vacuum
I really was impressed with the suction power of this vacuum, especially since it was a cordless one. The only con of this vacuum is the battery life is only about 30 minutes & I was unable to do the whole main floor of my home & the stairs before the battery died. There is not a second battery with this vacuum, so you have to wait for it to charge before continuing. The vacuum itself is so lightweight, so it's easy to use & maneuver. Highly recommend this vacuum!
