Where are my items?

I dont know what happened to Macy's but I have ordered the product over a week ago. It still has not been shipped out. I requested the order to be canceled but reply said they cannot. Will I ever get my items? I don't think so

A beautiful set

I replaced our dinnerware. Love the white set we bought. Seems to work well in the microwave and dishwasher. Very pretty

One of the coffee cups was defective and apparently there is no quality inspection on this product. It almost appears the handle is broken, but this is how it was fired in the kiln and they knowingly shipped it this way. I could not get a replacement for this one cup. I either had to get a refund for one cup or repack all of these dishes, which is next to impossible, back in the same box and take back to the store & wait for a new shipment of dishes. How disappointing would it be to have the same problem with the new batch. I should have just been able to get a replacement for this one cup. Now I have an incomplete set. What kind of manufacturer doesn’t make good on its product? Do not recommend buying these.
