Love these dishes

Great set of dishes - mugs are larger than expected, great sizes for the plates and bowls. They are a sturdy, a little heavier than our last dishes. Vivid colors as pictured. And they were well-packaged. None broke in transit.

Beautiful-packaging iffy. Great customer service.

The dishes are gorgeous. When I opened the box I was immediately disappointed to find two of the cups arrived broken. The plates,saucers , bowls were all intact. Then I had to make a decision about the return. I called and asked if it was possible just to get the cups replaced because I really did not want to pack everything back up and drive 20 miles to my closest Macy’s store. I called and spoke to customer service rep by the name of Juan. He offered me a couple of different options because they did not sell the cups separately to semi replacements. I did not want to use the first two options and I was giving up. I was just gonna settle to have two broken cops, but Juan would not give up. He kept going until he found an option that was satisfying for me. I was very appreciative. It was worth the time patience of staying on the phone with him. Great Customer service and resolution to my problem. Will keep me coming back to Macy’s.

Colorful and cheery update to our kitchen
