Beautiful plate but...

Beautiful plate but terrible shipping! I ordered twice and wrote my original review and I don't see it listed! Now this is my 2nd review it came broken again no fragile note on box at all. Plate protection was a weak attempt. I'm surprised because I ordered a whole set of plates and cups and it came in perfect condition! So sad it didn't work out 1st and 2nd time.
