Doesn’t lock this is not secured.

This item didn’t work for me as a mother doest lock and is not secured for babies with stairs. This has not stability and is weak. Appearance is good and all but don’t work as it advertises.

Sturdy

The Evenflo baby gate has been really reliable for us. It’s easy to set up, doesn’t damage the walls, and it’s light enough to move around when needed. Once you get the tension right, it holds strong and keeps the kids where they need to be. For a budget-friendly gate, it works surprisingly well.

Not a fan

I needed a baby gate asap and this was the only one I found at the time. Pros: cute blue color and I believe they have a pink one too. Easy to use. Easy to put away. Not much maintenance. Decent size. Affordable. Cons: not very stable/falls easily with pressure. My toddler was 18months old and was able to knock it down which pretty much defeats the purpose. Although the colored plastic netting is cute, babies can easily cut their fingers on it if they grab it the wrong way or slip while holding it. Overtime the wood starts to wear and can splint leading to painful splinters getting stuck in your hand. Can get stuck sometimes when trying to make it longer/shorter which can be annoying. Best for a small puppy (if they don’t jump on gates)

Easy to use and adjust

We have weird uneven hallway widths so it makes tension gates a little challenging. This works well but not quite as sturdy as I would like. Easy to use!

Baby gate

Evenflo anything is the best!! This is so safety and was so easy to install! It seems really durable as well! The design makes it harder for wild toddlers to crawl out.

Great for kids and to use for dogs

Great safety feature easy to install. I used it to keep my dog into certain parts of my house. Mainly to keep them off of my furniture it worked and now I’ve had been able to gradually let him into my living room and he does not get all my furniture.

Perfect gate

This gate is super easy to use. Keeps my pets and toddler out of blocked off areas. Minimal time to install and super durable. This gate adjusts real easily and stays in place once locked.
