seems used and returned

It is pretty. usb is great. unhappy it came in the box with out any support and was just rolling around.. the whole thing looks like it has been used and returned. It has scuffs on the wood and also the salt ball has marking on it from rolling around in its box.

Color does not change.

I would like it but the color only stays on red. I bought it for my son's room but since the color doesn't change he doesn't want it. Very disappointing since it was one of his Christmas presents.

Salt Lamps are heavier than I thought!

This thing is HEAVY. I haven't bought a salt lamp before, so I didn't know what to expect. It's around softball-sized (roughly), but feels like a hefty little bowling ball. The changing colors are as you'd expect from the box. I thought it would be uncomfortably easy for my cats to knock to the floor. With how heavy it is, I could imagine it shattering in a million salty pieces. It didn't seem that stable even when I'd gotten something to put under it as they warn you to do - otherwise it can damage your furniture. Overall, it is a nice, heavy, small-looking salt lamp. If you have pets or kids, you may want to think twice as it seems both fragile and a bit on the wobbly side. BUT it casts a pretty, planet-y glow through the room if that's what you're after and you feel good about making it secure!
