The brackets are too flimsy and weak to hang 2 layer curtains.

It shows up so pretty. I was able to install easily and very pleased with quality of this rod. I got silver and it goes well with my French grey paint. Love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I got a defected product - the silver ball was bent and the trim surrounding it was also broken. So It wasn't a good experience out of the box. It was a nice sliver finish and the design on ends were beautiful. Since I only got one pair, I installed it in my closet window and for 2 weeks it held up well. I took it down only recently because I don't need it in my closet.

Even with my heavy curtains it is not a problem. It will last a long time. It’s extendable and will work on many different size windows.

The only thing keeping me from giving this an excellent rating, is that the balls on the end are 'soft' and bend easily. It definitely gives the room a little something extra with the cool design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm all about small details when I'm decorating, so I love having curtain rods with a bit of flair. I think it just adds a touch of visual interest to an area that's often overlooked. I love the globes at the end of this curtain rod. From a distance they just look like your typical spheres, but once you get closer you can see the cutout detail. I paired this curtain rod with a pair of slate grey curtain panels and it looks really nice. I was kind of bummed when I opened the package because one of the globes had become unscrewed from the end. I thought it was broken, but it was actually a really easy fix. The cutouts in the globe were big enough to wiggle the loose screw through. Then all I had to do was remove the rubber stopper at the end of the rod, pop the screw through the hole, and screw the globe back on. Once I slid the curtain panels onto the rod, I reattached the rubber stopper and everything was as good as new! The pole is super sturdy. It comes with three hanging brackets, so you'll have some extra support if you have a wider window. I love thoughtful little details like that! I just have a standard window and am not using the third hanging bracket. Although my curtains are on the heavier side, I'm not noticing any sagging in the middle of the rod. Overall, this is a fantastic curtain rod that looks and performs very well.

New curtains and curtain rods make a huge difference in my living room. They were easy to install as well. I only gave it 4 stars because I’ve had them a short time and are not sure how well they will hold up. So far though I them!
