ON-LINE ORDER CHARGE PROCESS NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS

I have not received the Spa basket yet. The shipping process was NOT well processed. I tried to charge my order, but i was emailed that i only had 30 minutes to change my order after placing the original order. This is not acceptable since negvigating the website for changes makes it difficult to find the web page to initiate the change. The change process needs to be more clear and streamlined on line. I hope the Spa basket is to my liking.
