Poor Quality

The quality of this bracelet is very poor. The clasp is stuck—it was extremely difficult to open in the first place, and afterward it wouldn’t close at all.

Just the right touch

It has enough bling to draw the eye but not overwhelming MUST use both clasp to secure the bracelet in place

Vendor sent a shorter bracelet.

I had ordered this bracelet in rose gold and then in gold. Although the bracelets are supposed to be the same bracelet but in different colors, the gold bracelet was much shorter with a different clasp that was very difficult to close. In addition, this vendor sent me an email that they had shipped six bracelets that I had ordered and a couple of days later sent me an email that I returned the six bracelets even though I had never received them. The items are still on the Macy's website but at a much higher price. I have reported this vendor to Macy's. I would recommend not ordering any jewelry from this vendor.
