The character was loose out of the box. With two left hands which are stuck on top of each other. Would like a refund!!
False Advertising
The product specs said this was a Cable Guy AND controller or phone holder. The product we received has no cable, no access to charging and just a simple plastic figure who holds either a phone or controller. I cant believe this product went through so many hands with no one catching this error. it clearly is false advertising. As it was a gift my young grandson wished to keep it anyway and we managed to find another Cable Guy at an electronic store which did what it was promoted to do. No, I dont recommend this specific product sold at Macy's. I find it a sketchy practice to misrepresent products and am shocked that Macy's would engage it this deceit.
