I’m dedicated to this brand; however, this set was disappointing. The fabric is very scratchy. After washing them twice, according to care instructions, the top sheet and fitted sheet are two different colors. This one would be a pass for me.

For the price, this was quite a deal, but I am disappointed that the sheets aren't softer and lighter. They are somewhat heavy. The color is beautiful as are the stripes, but I'm disappointed with the feel of the fabric.

The sheets are AWESOME! However, I must have been in a hurry to purchase them and didn't realize the pillowcases were STANDARD and not QUEEN, which is what I need!! I assumed a QUEEN set would have QUEEN pillowcases, and didn't make this realization until I out my QUEEN-size pillow and it didn't fit!! Totally disappointed, but who else does this.

I go to Macy's whenever I have a chance to buy something what I like. I went to 2nd floor and my eyes caught a clearance spot area. I saw the bedsheets (Fairfield Square Collection Brookline 1200 Thread) were in sale price. I bought 2 bedsheets (white & creamy). I always double check it first when I buy something to make sure the material is a good quality. I touched it has a thick cloth and smooth as well. I used one of them (white) when I arrived at home. I couldn't believe what I had now. I can feel it was so smooth and thicky feeling on my skin. I was so happy to buy them on that day. I tried to buy more a week later, but I found them were not in sale price anymore. I thought, well.. I was lucky when I bought them last week then. Being that said it reminds me about this terms: " A good chance won't come twice! "

I bought these sheets not knowing much about them. When they arrived, I washed them and put them on my bed. I was pleasantly surprised to find how soft and light they felt! I was so impressed, I bought two more sets in other colors. The ones I bought were 75% off the original price, so I feel like I got an amazing bargain.
